About Us
About Us
We believe that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest caring without judgment, and I cooperatively assist my clients in clarifying their goals for treatment. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, We draw from a number of therapeutic modalities. These include, but are not limited, to psychoeducation, CBT, motivational interviewing, family systems theory, and mindfulness to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation.

As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. I use my clinical skills to empower and improve the mental/emotional well being of my clients so that they can live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who received both my Bachelors and Masters Degrees
in Social Work from Syracuse University. I have been in clinical practice for nearly 15 years working first in a home based therapeutic foster care program and now for the last 9 years in an outpatient mental health clinic.
My practice specialties and areas of interest include PTSD, depression and anxiety, bipolar, anger management, grief/bereavement, couples conflict, and chronic mental illness. I work with both children and adults, individuals, couples, and families.
